2nd and 4th Mondays will be a lighter version of our weekly walks same areas just a bit slower and shorter up to 3 1/2 miles ideal if your a little unsure of your radius or just want to build up your fitness level to join the main group
THURSDAY WEEKLY WALKS
Some walks will start and end at a pub or cafe for those that would like to stop for lunch others may be ideal for a picnic, in Ipswich and surrounding villages but occasionally may go further afield.
All walks will be at least moderate around 5 miles crossing fields and woodlands, a few hills, country lanes; railway lines, and stiles can be expected.
