This is a very relaxed group with seven members at the moment and we meet in Felixstowe to read aloud our favourite pieces of prose and poetry on the chosen subject.

Subjects have included ‘Journeys’, ‘Hope’, ‘Relatives’, ’Cold’ and ‘Babies/Young Children’

One (or more) of us invariably choose to read a Pam Ayres poem and recently “Cider With Rosie” has provided us with some wonderful prose pieces.

Our meetings usually last about two hours with, of course, a break for tea and cake!
