Folk dancing - 1st and 3rd Fridays am
Folk dancing provides gentle exercise for both body and mind. You will enjoy the dances and are guaranteed much laughter as you endeavour to remember the steps. Dances will be called throughout until everyone knows what to do! No need to come with a partner. Dance sessions are intended to be sociable and fun. The emphasis will be on dancing and enjoying the movement and music.
